Methods
  • 1. Knead a dough using wheat flour. Not too hard & not too soft.Divide into equal portions.Roll it out & roast it untill both sides are done. Your tortillas are ready.
  • 2. Cut fish into long chunks & keep in a bowl.Add half cup of milk to fish & mix.In another bowl;take maida ,add salt,red chilli powder to it & mix.
  • 3. Take a piece of fish ,roll it in this flour,dust it & deep fry it in medium oil till golden brown. Remove it & set aside.
  • 4. In another bowl,combine 1 chopped onion,1 chopped tomato,1 cup chopped Corriander leaves,1 green chilli,salt ,a pinch of pepper powder,1 tbsp lime juice & 1 tbsp olive oilThis is your salsa.
  • 5. In another bowl,mix together 2-3 tbsps of mayonnaise &1 tbsp schezuan sauce.
  • 6. Slice up half an avacado.thinly slice cabbage.
  • 7. Arrange the tortillas,the fried fish,the cabbage,solved avacdao,the salsa & a lemon wedge on a platter.Your yummy fish taco is ready to eat.
