Gajar Halwa Sweet Kachori Recipe

Gajar Ka halwa is favourite almost all over India. I have made crispy Kachori stuffing with gajar Ka halwa, deep fry it in pure Nova ghee & dip it in sugar syrup. It's really a perfect dessert for any special occasion.

Ingredients For Gajar Halwa Sweet Kachori Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take maida, suji, salt in a bowl .Add 3tspn ghee & little water & start to need. Make a semi hard dough of it. Cover it & rest for 10 minutes.
  • 2. Heat 2tbspn ghee in a pan. Add grated carrots, & fry it for few minutes. Add Milkmaid , cashew nuts, raisin & cardamom powder.
  • 3. Add milk & boil it in low flame. Cook it till the carrots boil.
  • 4. Once it's done switch off the flame.
  • 5. For sugar syrup, boil sugar & water & make a thick syrup. Cover the hot syrup & keep aside.
  • 6. Now take small portion from dough, roll it & make small circle of it. Put 2tspn carrot halwa in it & wrap it well. Press it on your palm & make small pooris.
  • 7. Heat ghee in a pan & deep fry the stuffed kachoris in low to medium flame till it turns golden brown.
  • 8. Keep it in tissue paper to soak the extra ghee.
  • 9. Now dip the kachoris in hot sugar syrup & keep it in syrup for 5 to 7 minutes.
  • 10. Then take out from syrup ,make it cool & enjoy.
