This is very very healthy and delicious dessert of Indian cousin . Carrot is rich in beta-carotene, Vitamins and fibre. Ghee carries good fats required by our body during winter. Milk , dry nuts add to the calcium , protein and antioxidants in the halwa.
Ghee gives nice flavour to the halwa. You can also use 250 gm mawa in place of milk.
