Take lukewarm water and add 1.5 tbsp dry active yeast to it along with sugar. Give it a good mix and keep aside for 15 minutes.

After you see bubbles on the top add 1 cup refined flour to it and prepare a loose dough. Keep it at a warm place for about 2 hours.

After two hours you'll see carbon dioxided bubbles on the layer. Now add the remaining dough and transfer it onto a flat surface. Make a very soft dough stretch it properly fir 5 10 minutes for gluten formation. Add oil and knead for 2-3 minutes.

Now keep this dough in form of a ball in a greased bowl for about 1 hour.

Take a sauce pan add oil to it add chopped garlic and jeera and saute for a minute.

Add it to the dough and knead well. Make desired shapes and keep them on a greased baking tray for 30 40 minutes.

Before baking give them a good milk wash and Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top and bake for 20-25 minutes at 170-180 degree celcius.

Once they are out of oven grease with amul butter and enjoy.
