Ingredients For Gobhi ki sabji recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash and cut gobhi .
  • 2. Heat oil in a wok. Add cumin, when it starts cracking add onion, green chili and ginger garlic paste. Saute it for 3-4 minutes.
  • 3. Add tomato. Cook it till tomato becomes mushy. Add all the spices and gobhi . Mix it well.
  • 4. Sprinkle water . Cover with lid. Cook on low heat . Garnish with coriander leaves.
