Ingredients For Gobhi Parantha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Cut gobhi florets and wash them properly first in cold water 2-3 times.
  • 2. Wash gobhi florets with warm water so that incase there are some weeds or bugs they are removed.
  • 3. Grate gobhi florets and add 1 spoon of salt in it and keep them aside for some 10-15 minutes.
  • 4. Meanwhile, grate ginger and garlic and shallow fry it.
  • 5. Fry finely chop onion.
  • 6. In vessel, add wheat flour, add 1 spoon of Nova ghee, and mix it well so that it becomes crumbly.
  • 7. Add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, ajwain, and knead dough.
  • 8. Keep kneaded dough aside for some 5-10 minutes.
  • 9. Squeeze water from grated gobhi and take out in a bowl.
  • 10. To this grated gobhi, add fried ginger, fried garlic, fried onion, green chillies, red chilli powder and mix well.
  • 11. Now, make a ball of dough and roll it over the chakla like a small roti.
  • 12. Take 1 spoon of gobhi mixture and place it in the center and then again fold the roti and make roti as usual.
  • 13. Repeat this procedure and you can make as many paranthas by filling in the gobhi mixture in the roti.
  • 14. Once all the rotis are made, shallow fry it with Nova ghee.
  • 15. Serve Gobhi parantha with dahi and enjoy
