Ingredients For Gol Gappe Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Knead the dough of sooji, water, eno, salt and 2 tsp warm oil.
  • 2. Knead a dough and test for 10 mins.
  • 3. Make a thick roti and cut small shapes ball with cookie cutters (golgappa shape)and deep fry it.
  • 4. Take rest of all ingredients and grinder and make puri of it. Ad And water upto 1 liter.
  • 5. Chill it garnish with boondi.
  • 6. Serve with boiled potatoes, saunth, and yummy golgappa.
