Ingredients For Green mung and paneer salad recipe

Methods
  • 1. Firstly wash the green mung, black chana, peanuts and soak them in water for 8 hours or overnight. Soak the peanuts for 1 hour.
  • 2. To prepare the salad, drain off excess water from the green mung, black chana, peanuts and chop the paneer.
  • 3. Now combine together all the ingredients mentioned in a mixing bowl. Add the seasonings and mix well. Add chopped coriander leaves. Serve immediately.
