Ingredients For Gulab Jamun Cake Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Pre-heat the oven at 160 degree for 10 minutes.
  • 2. Beat eggs and sugar till light and fluffy.
  • 3. Now add flour and crushed gulab jamun in the egg mixture, and fold by cut and fold method.
  • 4. Pour the cake mixture in a greased cake mould and bake it at 160 degree Celsius for 20-25 minutes
  • 5. Remove from the oven and cool it on cooling rack for 15-20 minutes.
  • 6. Now garnish the cake with whole gulab jamun, and sprinkle some pista on it.
  • 7. Dry gulab jamun cake is ready to serve.
