Methods
  • 1. Saute some cashews in ghee.
  • 2. Add coriander leaves, ginger, garlic and chillies into a blender and make a fine paste.
  • 3. Take mashed potatoes in a bowl, add spinach paste, and coriander paste, spices , besan and cashew.
  • 4. Mix them, shape little kebabs and grease then with ghee. Put them into air frier for 10-12 minutes.
  • 5. Serve hot.
