Methods
  • 1. Take a kadai add 2 tsp oil . Add green chillies and roast them n transfere to a mixer jar Add coriander , sesame , coconut powder , cumin , peanuts n tamarind to the jar n mix well
  • 2. Once get smooth power add fresh coriander n grind again add water to get smooth paste n keep it aside
  • 3. Same time ground the pepper n cloves together n keep it aside for further use Take the same kadai and add mustard , curry leaves and fry them
  • 4. Now add chopped onion n fry them until turns to transperent Add ginger garlic paste n mix
  • 5. Add turmeric powder Once evrythg get mixed Add prepared Green chilli Masala to this onion mix
  • 6. Mix well n allow to cook for few minutes add water n allow to cook for 5more mins Add salt accordingly mix well n cook Add grounded pepper n cloves powder mix Once paste is cooked add chopped capsicum and continue the cooking.
  • 7. Add paneer cubes and water allow to cook Cook until the oil leaves the sides of pan Add crushed kasurimethi And cook for few minutes
  • 8. That’s all ur Hariyaliii paneer gravy is ready Perfect partner to the paranthas and can also enjoy with pulavs
