Methods
  • 1. Heat the ghee in a pan and fry the flour, then add khurchan of mava ghee and fry it.
  • 2. Then mix the jaggery, cardamom powder, fennel and coconut powder.
  • 3. Turn off the gas after cooking for 5 minutes
  • 4. Garnish with chopped mix dry fruit and coconut powder in a plate
  • 5. After cooling, cut from the mold, serve chopped mix dry fruit and colorful balls.
