Its a Kids-friendly recipe.You can make it for special occasion or in casual day also.I mostly prefer wheat flour for making my homemade cakes for my kids because of its healthy properties and it is better for digestion also.I made Custard and Coffee Wheat Flour Cake which is Awesome in taste and the combination of coffee and custard goes soo well....must try??.
Do not add sour curd for making cake batter......use fresh curd of 1-2 days.Make sure the batter should be semi-thick and Ribbony in texture.....not in a runny texture.....otherwise cake will remain raw from between and will not rise evenly.
