Ingredients For HEALTHY MILLET PADDUS

Methods
  • 1. Soak rice, millet, fenugreek and poha for 4 hours
  • 2. Grind and allow 5/6 hours to ferment
  • 3. After 5/6 hours, add chopped onions, coriander leaves, curry leaves, chilies, ginger, grated carrot and salt
  • 4. Mix everything well
  • 5. Heat paddu pan and pour in molds
  • 6. Roast well in low to medium flame
  • 7. Enjoy with green chutney
