Methods
  • 1. Firstly take one pan and heat it, then add the sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds roasted it for 2-5 minutes on low medium flame
  • 2. Next take almond and cashews roasted it
  • 3. Now heat ghee in pan then add the seedless dates and cook on low medium flame till the dates turn in softness
  • 4. Now time to add the seeds and nuts mix it well turn off the gase flame.make a small size balls from mixture. healthy seed ladoo are ready for serve
