Recipe Notes

If you keep rawa and curd mixture torest for 2-3 hrs, the result will be much better. Add vegetables of your choice. Always cook it on low flame ,make sure Uttapum is cooked well from inside.

Ingredients For Healthy Uttapum Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a mixing bowl add rawa, salt and curd. Mix it well . Add 1bowl water in it . Keep aside to rest for minimum 1 hour.
  • 2. After one hour, add all the veggies and masala in it. Mix it well. Add water if required.
  • 3. Heat nonstick pan. Pour one ladle full of batter. Spread gently.Add oil around the edges and allow to cook on a low flame until the base becomes golden brown.
  • 4. Sprinkle some oil over it and flip. Again cook on low heat till it becomes golden brown and cooked from both the sidesServe hot with sauce or any chutney.
