Methods
  • 1. In a broad based heavy pan; add melt butter & add maida & stir for a minute on a low flame. Now slowly add 2 cups of milk gradually whisk to avoid lumps.
  • 2. Keep whisking & stir on a medium flame for about 15 minutes till you achieve smooth & thick creamy texture. Add the remaining milk & continue stiring for few minutes.
  • 3. Add salt, pepper powder, garlic powder, oregano & chilli flakes. Gve it a mix.
  • 4. Add some grated cheese & all vegetables mix well & let cook for 20 minutes.
  • 5. Your veg au gratin is ready & served in a bowl.
