Ingredients For Hyderabadi Paneer Masala Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Put kadai on medium flame add oil let get warm now add cloves,black papper,dalchini,tezpatta,black cardmom-1,cumin seeds and onion mix it well for 1/2 minutes.
  • 2. Now add ginger and garlic cloves and add tomato mix it and cook it for 1/2 minutes.
  • 3. Now add cutted spinach leaves and coriender leaves and green chilli. Mix it .cook it for 1/2 minutes and add water.
  • 4. By covering cook it till water get observed. Now turn off flame and let mixture get cool down.
  • 5. Now shift mixture into mixie jar and make a fine paste.
  • 6. Put same kadai on medium flame pour the paste in that and stir it for 2-3 minutes.
  • 7. Now add turmuric powder,kashimiri chilli powder,coriender powder and garam masala powder.mix it well. Now add fresh milk cream and mix it.
  • 8. Now add pices of paneer keep 50 gram grated paneer side for garnishing.
  • 9. Add salt and cook it till oil get separated from gravy. Now add kasuri methi and mix it. Turn off the flame.
  • 10. Shift into serving bowl spread grated paneer and serve with chapati,paratha or jeera rice.
