Ingredients For Instant jalebi

Methods
  • 1. In a pan mix sugar and 1 cup water boil it
  • 2. Add cardamom powder,saffron strings to it ,stir on low flame till it gives one strand conistency
  • 3. Switch off the flame add rose water and lemon juice and mix it well
  • 4. By adding lemon juice jalebi becomes crispy
  • 5. To make batter in a bowl take maida,ghee water as needed as we have to make thick consistency batter but droping consistency too ,then lastly add fruit salt and mix it well
  • 6. Immediately fill it in piping bag make a whole to piping bag
  • 7. Deep fry the jalebi in medium hot oil till golden
  • 8. Deep it in prepared sugar syrup for 10 minutes
  • 9. Serve it with garnish of rose petals and silver varakh
