Ingredients For Instant Semolina Focaccia Bread using leftover Mixed Veg Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Grease a baking mould.Keep aside. Mix sooji and curd.The batter should be of dropping consistency.
  • 2. Now mince garlic. Heat oil, add garlic, and herbs and roast. Do not let garlic turn brown. Let it cool. Now add half of this oil to the sooji batter.
  • 3. Now add salt and eno to it and mix gently. Spread this batter in the mould.
  • 4. Spread the rest of infused oil on the top of this ,spread ketchup mixed veggies on it. Place some black olives on it at spaces.
  • 5. Pre heat ur OTG for ten minutes at 180 degree n bake the bread for 25 - 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
  • 6. When done,take out and let come to room temp. Now demould and enjoy this healthy treat with tea or coffee or as snacks any time.
