Ingredients For Instant Yeast Free Wholewheat Pizza Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Sieve wholewheat flour, salt, sugar, baking soda and baking powder together in a bowl and mix it nicely.
  • 2. Then add yogurt to it and mix it nicely.
  • 3. Then slowly add water and knead a smooth dough.
  • 4. Then at last add oil and knead it for 1 minutes.
  • 5. Grease baking tray and pizza plate with oil.
  • 6. Spread dough evenly with rolling pin or with hands and place it on a greased tray.
  • 7. Then spread pizza sauce evenly and then add grated cheese.
  • 8. And then top it with veggies (Tomatoes, onions, bell pepper, olives) of your choice.
  • 9. Sprinkle salt, pepper, oregano, chilli flakes.
  • 10. Preheat oven @190.c for 10 min or Kadai for 10 minutes.
  • 11. Bake for 15 min @190. C.
