Methods
  • 1. 1. First, take the potatoes clean it. Take the vessel add water, salt, potatoes heat it in medium flame. Boil it 10 minutes. Then, switch off the flame. Take the boiled potatoes dry it in cloth. Moisture gone.
  • 2. 2. After take the wire stand, heat it in medium flame, keep boiled potatoes, roast it both sides. Then, switch off the flame. Soak the potatoes and remove peel. Cut the potatoes. Keep aside.
  • 3. 3. Then, take the jar, add redchillies, garlic cloves, ginger, sufficient water, grind it becomes paste. Lasooni redchilli paste ready.
  • 4. 4. Then, take a tawa, heat it in high flame, add oil, redchilli paste, turmeric, salt, coriander leaves, mix it well. Then put it in medium flame, add roasted potatoes mix it well. Then, switch off the flame. Fry 10 minutes. Serve it. So tasty 😍😍. Enjoy ♥️♥️.
