Methods
  • 1. Mix semolina, mewa, flour, sugar, green cardamom powder and milk as required. Now make small jams(black plum) from that mixture.
  • 2. Now heat white oil in a pan and fry the jam(black plum) puli until golden.
  • 3. Now boil the milk with dates molasses (patali)and reduce it to half. Now add the fried pulis in reduce milk and serve cool..
