You can add more flour. Batti should be perfectly cooked.You can bake it in cooker or oven.

Ingredients For Jawar ki Masala Baati Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a mixing bowl add all the ingredients except ghee. Mix it well.
  • 2. Gradually add Luke warm water and knead roti type dough. Keep it aside for rest.
  • 3. Smooth the dough with palm. Divide it into equal parts.
  • 4. Make oval shaped or round batti,
  • 5. Place a jali on gas stove. Arrange 2-3 bati on it. Cook the Bati on low heat. Flip its sides occasionally. Grease some oil.
  • 6. When it perfectly cooked. Remove it from the flame.
  • 7. Apply ghee on the bati. Serve it with dal.
