Ingredients For Jowar ki Nimki Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a mixing bowl add all the ingredients, 1 tsp oil. Gradually add water and make a semi stiff dough.
  • 2. Divide the dough into equal parts. Roll out each portion into thin round circle,
  • 3. Cut long strips from each circle.
  • 4. Heat nonstick tawa. Grease it with little oil.
  • 5. Cook all the strips on low heat. Press it with kitchen napkin or spatula. Cook until it becomes golden brown and crispy from both the sides.
  • 6. Let it cool. Store it in air tight container.
