Ingredients For Jowar Ki Roti Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a big plate add jowar flour and salt mix it.
  • 2. Gradually add hot water into the flour. Mix it and rub it with palm. It should be soft. Keep aside for 10 minutes. Before making roti again rub the dough.
  • 3. Take ball sized dough. Press and roll it with your finger. Sprinkle dry flour on rolling board. Try to roll the dough with your hands or rolling pin. Make little thick chapati.
  • 4. Wet the roti from both the sides with water. Place it on hot tawa.
  • 5. Cook it on low heat. Then directly on gas stove.
  • 6. Serve it with gud, spring onions, bhaji or besan ki Sabji.
