Ingredients For Kadhi Pakoda Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a mixing bowl add all the ingredients of pakora . Mix it well. Gradually add water and make pakora batter. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
  • 2. Heat oil in a wok. Deep all the pakoras on medium heat till it becomes crispy.
  • 3. In a sauce pan add curd , besan , turmeric powder 1/4 cup water and salt . Whisk it to make lump free batter. Add 1 more glass of water.
  • 4. Take a large wok heat oil. Add mustard seeds. When it starts crackle add red chilli, chopped onion,ginger garlic paste, fenugreek seeds , hing and curry leaves. Saute it for 1-2 minutes . Add besan - curd mixture. Cook it on medium - high flame.Stir continuesly . When one boil comes, turn the flame medium . ( add water to adjust consistency)
  • 5. Simmer till it becomes little thick. Add pakora in it . Turn off the flame. Serve it with garma - garam rice.
