Ingredients For Karah prasad recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a pan, heat ghee and roast both types of wheat flour.
  • 2. Roast till wheat flour turns pinkish.
  • 3. On other hand melt jaggery in water ,don't over melt it.
  • 4. Add this melted jaggery mixture in roasted wheat flour ghee mixture.
  • 5. Stir continuously on low flame , see to it that it doesn't form lumps.
  • 6. Stir till karah prasad leaves sides of pan.
  • 7. Karah prasad is ready to serve ,serve it the way u like ,here I have served it with chopped apples.
