Ingredients For Kesar Pista Thandai Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take all ingredients expect( kesar, milk and cream) and soaked in water for 6 hrs. or overnight.
  • 2. Now churn the soaked ingredients in mixer jar with the help of water and make smooth paste.
  • 3. And you will get a paste consistency thandai mix.
  • 4. Now take boiled and cooled milk.
  • 5. Add the thandai mix as per taste.
  • 6. Add sugar syrup as your choice.
  • 7. Keep stirring the milk else Thandai Masala will get stuck on the bottom and mix thoroughly.
  • 8. Add soaked saffron to milk and fresh cream.
  • 9. This will give a wonderful color to Thandai.
  • 10. Add ice cubes
  • 11. Thandai is ready.
  • 12. It's a summer drink so serve it cold.
  • 13. Garnish with chopped pista and kesar strand, enjoy Holi festival with cool Thadai.
