Ingredients For Khichadi kebab

Methods
  • 1. Take khichdi in a bowl. Mix in it besan and sooji. Add red chilli powder, dhaniya jeera powder, naagin hot sauce, salt to taste, chopped onions, chopped carrots and capsicum and crushed ginger garlic greenn chillies.
  • 2. Combine well.
  • 3. Shape it in a kebab like.
  • 4. Shellow fry on tawa by applying ghee.
  • 5. Serve along with dip of your choice.
