Methods
  • 1. Wash the potatoes and cut them into long, thin pieces.
  • 2. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin and asafetida, when cumin turns brown, then add chopped potatoes to it. Shallow fry them on medium flame while stirring continuously.
  • 3. When the potatoes become crispy and golden brown, then add salt and all the spices and mix. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes. After adding kasoori methi, switch off the gas.
  • 4. Add lemon juice to this. Serve garnished with green coriander leaves.
