Ingredients For Lasuni Palak Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Clean and wash the spinach. And boil it. Now keep it in cold water for two to three minutes. Now let it cool and grind it.
  • 2. Put tomatoes, onions, garlic, ginger and green chilies in a mixer jar and grind them.
  • 3. Now heat oil in a pan. And add tomato puree.
  • 4. Now add all the spices. And add spinach puree. And cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • 5. Now put butter in a pan and heat it. And add garlic and dry red chili.
  • 6. Now pour this tadka into the spinach.
  • 7. Lasuni palak (Garlic spinach) is ready. Serve it with chapati, naan or paratha.
