Mix baking powder in milk and keep it for ten minutes. Buttermilk is ready. Powder the sugar. Sift the flour. There will be two layers. A layer of cocoa powder. The other is the white layer.

For making layer of cocoa powder –Mix one cup of sugar and vanilla flavors in 1/2cup of white oil and whisk until the sugar dissolves completely. Now mix two cups of flour and cocoa powder and add little milk to make a thick batter. A layer of cocoa powder is made.

To make a white layer, mix half cup of white oil with one cup of sugar and whisk until the sugar is completely dissolved. Almonds should be soaked, peeled and chopped. Mix flour with oil and add little milk to make a thick batter. Mix trutti frutti, sabudana and almonds in it. White layer is made.

Preheat the oven for ten minutes. After brushing oil on the cake mold, spread the flour and give a layer of cocoa powder first. Then the white layer. Then again with a layer of cocoa powder, bake at 180°C for 30 minutes. The layer cake is ready when it is taken out of the oven, cooled completely and demoulded.
