Methods
  • 1. Mix all the listed ingredients to make a filling.
  • 2. Mix wheat flour,1 tbsp oil and make a soft dough with the help of water.
  • 3. Cover the dough and keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • 4. Divide the dough into equal size balls.
  • 5. Stuff the filling in the dough and roll into balls.
  • 6. Then roll out the paratha.
  • 7. Cook on hot pan applying oil till both the sides are cooked and golden brown in color.
  • 8. Serve hot with pickles or lemon chutney.
