Ingredients For LIFAFA PARATHA Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Boil the corn.
  • 2. Remove the water from corn.
  • 3. Take a bowl add ,mozzarella cheese ,capsicum,sweet corn,salt and black pepper powder and mix well.
  • 4. Now stuffing is ready.
  • 5. Take a bowl add wheat flour,carom seeds,onion seeds,salt and clarified butter and mix well.
  • 6. Make a soft dough with the help of water.
  • 7. Keep aside for 30 mins
  • 8. Divide the dough into equal size balls.
  • 9. Roll them with rolling pin.
  • 10. Add 2 tbsp filling in the center of paratha. close it like a lifafa/envelope.
  • 11. On a heated pan make lifafa paratha applying oil on both sides.
  • 12. Serve hot with sauces.
