Ingredients For PAO BHAJI Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Boil the potatoes in a pressure cooker.
  • 2. Peel and mash it.
  • 3. Heat the oil in a wok.
  • 4. Add onion fry till light brown.Add ginger, garlic paste, red chilli powder,turmeric powder,green chillies add some water n saute
  • 5. Add tomatoes and cook on medium flame approax 4-5 mins.
  • 6. Add the veggies and saute 2-3 minsNow add potatoes and mix well.
  • 7. Add one cup of water and cook for 4-5 mins
  • 8. Add salt, butter and pav bhaji masala and mix well.
  • 9. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
  • 10. Pav Slice the pavs.
  • 11. Heat the pan grease some butter and place the pav in medium flame till golden brown.
  • 12. Serve the pav with bhaji
