I love preparing fusion food, and so today I have prepared this lovely appetizer using baby corn along with spices, oats, potato and onion. It's a must try recipe for all.

Methods
  • 1. Blanch the babycorn , mash the potatoes add salt to taste, green chilli chopped, coriander leaves chutney 1 tbsp , piri piri chilli powder, garam masala powder, then mix properly then divide the mixture into six portions.
  • 2. Take a fist full of mixture and put it on the tip of the babycorn like a bulb shape, making a lollipop
  • 3. Spread oats in a plate. Take another plate, mix cornflour and rice flour with water and prepare a batter.
  • 4. Roll the babycorn on the oats then roll it on the batter and then again roll it on the oats, then deep fry it.
  • 5. Deep fry till golden brown. Your babycorn lollipop is read to serve. Serve with green chutney and honey sauce.
