First of all, prepare the macaroni by boiling it, put 2-3 cups of water in a vessel and keep it for boiling. When the water comes to a boil, add 1 tsp oil, tsp salt and macaroni, let it boil for 10-12 minutes and keep stirring occasionally. Wash and dry all the vegetables, capsicum, carrot, tomato and cabbage properly and prepare them by chopping them finely. Macaroni is ready to be cooked, sieve it through a sieve and drain the water and set it aside. Put oil in a pan and heat it, when the oil is hot, put ginger paste in it, add finely chopped green chilies and fry them lightly. Now add finely chopped carrot and capsicum and fry it for a while.

When the vegetables become crunchy, add cabbage and tomatoes and fry them for 2 minutes. Add salt, chaat masala, red chili powder and tomato sauce to the vegetables, mix them well and cook for a while. Now add macaroni and mix it, add some green coriander and cook the macaroni with vegetables while stirring for 1 minute. Hot Veg Macaroni is ready. Take it out in a plate and garnish it with green coriander. Serve and eat delicious macaroni.
