Ingredients For Magas Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl, take besan ka atta, add warm milk and warm ghee 2 tbsp respectively mix it with fingers make crumbly textured, cover it for half hour
  • 2. Then strain this mixture in strainer
  • 3. In a pan heat ghee 350 gm then roast the above besan ka atta till it turn pinkish on low flame
  • 4. Switch off the flame let this mixture come to room temperature
  • 5. Then add buru khand to it mix all with cardamom powder,grated almond and charoli ,mix it properly
  • 6. Transfer this mixture in tray tap the tray evenly ,after 3-4 hours cut it into desired shape
  • 7. Magas is ready
