Methods
  • 1. Batter with flour, salt, crushed black pepper, chilli flakes and adequate amount of milk and leave for 10 minutes.
  • 2. Maggi should be boiled with water and Magimsala as required.
  • 3. This time I mixed rice powder, coriander powder and raw chilli powder with boiled maggi and rubbed it.
  • 4. I oiled my hands and made it like a long cigar.
  • 5. This time I heated the oil and fried the cigars.
  • 6. This time I will make the batter, which I will spread in the pan and bake it side by side with butter on top.
  • 7. This time Maggi cigar kebab roll is made by putting sauce and chutney on the bread and rolling it with cigar.
