Cut all the vegetables into small pieces. Heat oil in a cooker, add cumin onion ginger garlic green chili, fry the onion till it turns pink. Now put tomatoes and all dry spices in it and cook till tomatoes melt.

Now add all the vegetables in it, mix it well, add a glass of water, add a tablespoon of pav bhaji masala, maggi masala and cook for 4 whistlesOpen the cooker, mash it well with a hand mixer, add green coriander and a spoonful of mango powder.

Make a slit in the middle of the pav and apply butter and cook it on a hot pan from both the sides. Serve hot pav with bhaji and finely chopped onion and lemon, sprinkle butter on top of the bhaji.
