Ingredients For Majjiga pulusu | Andhra kadhi| Buttermilk stew

Methods
  • 1. Boil the veggies alongwith tomatoes by adding salt, turmeric powder and sufficient water.
  • 2. In the meanwhile, in a dry mixie jar, make a smooth paste of boiled greengram ,coconut slices, red chilly, ginger, cumin seeds, coriander fruits and salt.
  • 3. Once the veggies are boiled, add buttermilk to it.
  • 4. Transfer the prepared smooth paste to it. Mix well in all directions.
  • 5. Tempering - Heat oil and add the ingredients given for tempering along with curryleaves.
  • 6. Transfer the tempering to the above boiling mix.
  • 7. Serve with hot rice.
