How to make Majjiga pulusu | Andhra kadhi| Buttermilk stew

Boil the veggies alongwith tomatoes by adding salt, turmeric powder and sufficient water.

In the meanwhile, in a dry mixie jar, make a smooth paste of boiled greengram ,coconut slices, red chilly, ginger, cumin seeds, coriander fruits and salt.

Once the veggies are boiled, add buttermilk to it.
4.
Transfer the prepared smooth paste to it. Mix well in all directions.
5.
Tempering - Heat oil and add the ingredients given for tempering along with curryleaves.
6.
Transfer the tempering to the above boiling mix.
