Add wheat flour, fenugreek,ajwain, salt and red chilli to the makai flour, add water to it and keep it covered

Now wash the mustard leaves, boil and sieve and grind them, heat the oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and all the spices and fry by adding ginger, garlic, green chillies and onions.

After frying, add salt and all spices, add tomatoes and fry them, then add gram flour and ground mustard and fry them.

Now take a round roti of Makai flour and fry with ghee in the pan and serve it with hot Saag
