Ingredients For Makai Roti with Sarso Saag

Methods
  • 1. Add wheat flour, fenugreek,ajwain, salt and red chilli to the makai flour, add water to it and keep it covered
  • 2. Now wash the mustard leaves, boil and sieve and grind them, heat the oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and all the spices and fry by adding ginger, garlic, green chillies and onions.
  • 3. After frying, add salt and all spices, add tomatoes and fry them, then add gram flour and ground mustard and fry them.
  • 4. Now take a round roti of Makai flour and fry with ghee in the pan and serve it with hot Saag
