Firstly soak the soya chunks in hot water, then squeeze the water and put the soya chunks in mixer and make a fine paste.

Then take a bowl, add the soya chunks paste, add salt, kebab chini, lemon juice, chaat masala, roasted gram flour, chopped coriander and mint leaves, ½ tsp ghee and boiled smashed potato. Mix them With hand,cover and keep in fridge for one hour or until the mixture is firm.

Then apply some ghee on hand and take a portion of the kebab mixture and give it a seekh kebab shape into long skewers.

Brush them with ghee and grill for 5 mins or until golden brown colour.

And makhmali soya seekh kebab is ready to be served with green chutney.
