Use boiled potatoes to make the cream cutlets. Peel the potatoes and grate them in a large cup. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly with salt, ginger paste, finely chopped green pepper, coriander powder, red chilli powder, mango powder and finely chopped green coriander. Add a little water to the flour and prepare a diluted solution till the kernels are gone. Then, take a small round out of the potato mixture and do the pits with the help of a finger in the middle

Add a little bit of mayonnaise to the hole and take a little potato mixture and place it on top of the hole. Make a circular or oval shaped cutlet by pressing gently. Dip the cutlet in the flour bath and then wrap it in the bread powder. Prepare all the cutlets just like that and place them on a plate. Add oil to the pan and heat it. When the oil is well heated, add cutlets and saute. When the cutlets turn brown on both sides, remove from the ladle and place them on a plate. Prepare all cutlets just like that

To make gravy To make gravy, wash tomatoes and green chillies thoroughly and make a paste. Heat the grated with 2 TBSP of oil. Pour the cumin seeds into the hot oil. On the cumin toc, fry the spices in oil with henna, turmeric powder, coriander powder and ginger paste. When the masala is roasted, add tomato, green pepper paste. Also add red chilli powder and simmer the spices over low heat until the oil floats on the top of the spices begins to show. Add kasuri fenugreek to the spices. If the oil is separating from the spices, add the cream to it and fry the spices until they come to a boil.

Add 1 cup of water to the masala once it reaches a boil. Cook it continuously until it begins to simmer again. Once the gravy begins to boil, add salt, garam masala and small green coriander. Cover the gravy and allow it to cook for 4-5 minutes. The gravy is ready, turn off the gas. Get me a plate now. Place the coffins and pour the gravy over them and garnish it with a green cilantro. Hot cream is ready to make kofta curry. Serve and eat this curry with chapati, paranthas, no, or rice.
