Ingredients For Malpua Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Mix sooji, maida, sugar, fennel seed, raisins, milk and water properly. Cover and rest for 30min.
  • 2. Mix the batter again and make it smooth. The batter will be of semisolid consistency.
  • 3. Take a deep pan and add oil. At low-mid flame, pour 1 big spoon full batter into oil. Wait for 2min, then flip it into another side and fry for another 2-3mins.
  • 4. Fry until golden broen color. Take it out from oil and put it in a pan. Follow the same process for rest of the batter.
  • 5. You can enjoy it like this or if you want, you can soak it in sugar syrup for 5min and have it.
