Mango is everyone's favourite fruit. I freeze the mango chunks into freezer to use it of season. Mango flavour is incorpprated into rich makhana kheer and a yummy Indian dessert is prepared. Serve it immediately or chill it and serve, it yastes equally good. The method is simple and I am sure you will love it.
Add mango pulp and chunks after kheer is at room temperature only.
