Ingredients For MANGO PATISAPTA

Methods
  • 1. In a mixing bowl ,add 1 cup of mango pulp, maida , rice flour, baking powder ,powdered sugar and milk and make a smooth pouring consistency batter.
  • 2. If it becomes thick, you may add some milk. Keep it aside.
  • 3. For stuffing, heat ghee in a non-stick pan on a low flame and add another 1 cup of mango pulp and khoya.
  • 4. Cook till it leaves the sides of the pan. Switch off the gas. Let it cool .
  • 5. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Take one big spoonful of batter and spread it lightly with the spoon. Keep the flame low .
  • 6. Spread little ghee all round the patisapta.
  • 7. Now roast the other side. Place a spoonful of mango stuffing at the centre and roll it.
  • 8. Likewise prepare the rest of patisaptas in the same process.
  • 9. Serve hot .
