Then add sugar to it boil till sugar dissolves,

Now to this milk add milkpowder and mix it give this milk one more boil,

Lastly add cardamom powder and nuts to this milk,

Mix all well ,let this rabdi come to room temperature then this rabdi will get thick,

Now in hot boiling water add vermicelli sev and cook for 2 minutes ,drain all the water from it, keep this vermicelli on strainer to dry for 15 minutes,

Soak chia seeds for 15 minutes in water, then drain all water out of it,

Prepare the puree of mango from alphanso mangoes and chill it in freeze for two hrs,

Now in a serving jar firstly pour mango puree 1 cup,

Then add chopped mango pieces 1/2 cup,

Now add tbsp mango jam to it and mango jelly 2 tbsp,

Above this add prepare rabdi 1 cup,

Now add vermicelli sev 1/2 cup,chia seeds 3 tbsp,tutti frutti 2 tbsp to it,

Over that add nuts 2 tbsp,

Now add mango puree 1/2 cup on it, with chopped mango pieces 4 tbsp and mango jelly 2 tbsp,

Now add vermicelli sev 1/2 cup,,chia seeds 2 tbsp , nuts 2 tbsp over it,

Now add rabdi 1/2 cup on it,

Add nuts over it,

Lastly top this jar with remaing mango puree,mango pieces , tutti fruti, vermicelli sev, chia seeds and 2 tbsp rabdi over it,with 2 tbsp mango jelly,

Now put this jar in freeze for 1 hour, serve this jar chilled.
