Ingredients For Masala Brinjal Fry Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash pieces of brinjal properly.
  • 2. Heat oil in a pan.
  • 3. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and hing and let them crackle.
  • 4. Add chopped pieces of brinjal and saute it for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.
  • 5. Add all spices, ginger garlic paste,salt and water, mix nicely and cook it on medium flame for 4-5 minutes with occasionally stir.
  • 6. Masala Brinjal Fry is ready to serve.
  • 7. You can serve it with puris,parathas or chapatis.
